Closed rhinoplasty was performed to reduce the dorsal hump, narrow the nasal bones, narrow/ refine the tip, and open nasal airways.

I perform closed rhinoplasty under direct visualization similar to open rhinoplasty. The nasal skin moved to the side rather than cutting it at the bottom and elevating it. Moving the skin to the side allows to visualize tip cartilages, nasal bones, and septum as in open approach. In addition, keeping the tip skin in its natural position over the cartilages during refinement provides a more accurate real-time assessment of the result. In contrast, with open rhinoplasty, the skin is elevated, requiring repeated redraping to assess the appearance of the nose. I perform both closed and open rhinoplasties, and utilize the open approach for some revision cases.

This patient underwent lipoabdominoplasty -- a combination of liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and p***c area with a tummy tuck. The abdominal muscles were also tightened.

🩹 Drains are typically removed in 3–5 days
💼 Most patients can return to work in about 2–3 weeks, depending on the nature of their job and individual recovery.

This patient presented complaining that her breast implants were far apart and the left breast was higher/tighter due to capsular contracture. Old implants were removed. Motiva implants were placed over the muscle to narrow the gap and improve symmetry. Rhinoplasty was performed at the same time.
