Meet Glenda, Caregiver at Dignity First Assisted Living.
At Dignity First Assisted Living, we are proud to introduce Glenda, a dedicated caregiver who has been an important member of our team for the past three months.
Glenda brings a caring heart, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for serving others. With experience in caregiving and customer service, she understands the importance of patience, compassion, and attention to detail. Her warm personality helps residents feel comfortable, respected, and valued every day.
As a caregiver, Glenda assists residents with their daily needs, provides companionship, encourages independence, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. She is committed to preserving the dignity, comfort, and well-being of every resident entrusted to our care.
Speaks English and Spanish, Glenda connects easily with residents and families from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, visiting the beach, and power walking, activities that reflect her energetic and positive outlook on life.
The greatest compliment Glenda receives comes directly from our residents, who often say, “We love you, Glenda.” Their affection is a testament to the kindness, respect, and dedication she brings to her work each day.
