FORMAL NOTICE OF NON-ACCESS TO WORK AND PRIVATE INFORMATION

Subject: Demand to Cease Access to My Work and Private Information
I am providing this formal notice to make clear that I do not authorize you, individually or through any representative, agent, employee, associate, organization, or third party acting on your behalf, to access, obtain, review, copy, use, disclose, distribute, monitor, or otherwise interfere with my work, personal information, private communications, files, records, accounts, devices, or other information belonging to me or entrusted to me.
My work and private information are not public property, and I do not grant permission for unauthorized access or use. Any legitimate access that may previously have existed, to the extent I have authority to revoke it, is hereby withdrawn.
I further request that you and anyone acting on your behalf:
Cease any unauthorized access to my work or private information.
Do not attempt to obtain my information through another person, organization, account, device, or service.
Do not copy, retain, disclose, publish, distribute, or otherwise use my private information or work without my express written authorization.
Preserve any records necessary to establish what information has been accessed or disclosed, where applicable.
Respect my privacy and any applicable contractual, statutory, or other legal rights.
This notice is intended to clearly communicate my lack of consent to unauthorized access or use. Nothing in this letter should be interpreted as waiving any rights, remedies, protections, or claims that I may have under applicable law.
If you believe you have a lawful basis for accessing or using my information, please provide that basis to me in writing before taking any further action.
