Apparently, she is extremely curious about our Full Moon Circle board. 😂🐈‍⬛🌕
I’m getting everything ready, and I can't tell you how excited I am to be holding our first Full Moon Circle in quite some time. I’ve missed gathering this way.
One of the things I’ve always tried to be mindful of when holding space is that we all receive and process information differently. Some of us need to hear something, some need to see it, and some need both. So throughout our circle, the words we’ll speak together, our agreements, intentions, and little reminders will be written on the board. No one has to worry about remembering the “right” words or feeling lost. You can simply be present.
Although apparently the kitten believes the board was actually prepared for her. 😂
This feels like such a powerful Moon to gather beneath an opportunity to release what has become too heavy, surrender some of what we've been trying so hard to control, and make room for whatever is ready to emerge next.
And there is still room to join us. As for the weather, we're going to let Mother Nature decide where we gather. If she gives us clear skies, we'll be outside beneath the Moon and around the fire. 🔥🌕 If the rain comes, we'll move everything indoors and create our sacred space there.
Either way, the circle will happen.
Come exactly as you are.
Bring a comfortable chair or blanket, your journal and pen, and two strips of paper for our rituals.
I am so ready to gather again. 🌕

Surrender. Release. Trust. Return to the Sacred.

AFTER THE SHADOW
Full Moon Circle
Saturday, August 29, 8:00 PM
You are invited to gather with us beneath the energy of the Full Moon for an evening of release, reflection, intention and connection.
Following the powerful Full Moon and lunar eclipse, we'll explore the places within us that are ready to be released and create space for what is ready to emerge.
Through meditation, sacred fire, water, movement, sharing and ritual, we'll practice one of the greatest lessons this Pisces Moon offers us.
Surrender what you cannot control.
Trust what you cannot yet see.
Remember that entering the shadow does not mean you have lost your light.
Please bring ♡♡♡
• A comfortable chair or blanket to sit on
• Your journal and a pen
• Two strips of paper for our release and intention rituals
• An open heart and willingness to simply be present
Come exactly as you are.
There is nothing you need to fix, prove or figure out before you arrive.
Release. Renew. Rise.
All are welcome. ♡♡♡

I’ve been thinking today about how much we can miss when we become closed minded. When we lose our curiosity and wonder about the world.
I never want to become so committed to what I already know or believe that I stop asking, What else might be possible?
I want to remain willing to try a new food I’ve never tasted, take a road I’ve never traveled, listen to an idea I don’t immediately understand, or experience something that doesn’t fit neatly inside my conditioned beliefs.
I’ve learned there is a difference between discernment and closed mindedness.
Discernment allows me to look, listen, experience, question, and then decide what feels true or right for me.
Closed mindedness decides before I’ve ever looked, tasted, or felt.
I don’t have to believe everything I encounter. I don’t have to adopt every practice, agree with every person, or continue down every road I explore. But I do want to remain curious enough to look.
I don’t want my beliefs to become walls that make my world smaller.
I want to keep some wonder in me.
I want to keep asking questions.
I want to keep discovering.
I want to keep being surprised by life.
Because some of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had began when I stepped outside of what I thought I knew and simply said
I wonder…..

It’s funny, not funny, really, but strange to me the things we are willing to put into our bodies while somehow convincing ourselves they aren’t harming us.
Everybody wants to say, Follow the science. Trust the science. Science is truth.
Until the science tells us something we don’t want to hear.
Smoking is harmful.
Excessive alcohol is harmful.
A sedentary lifestyle is harmful.
Poor nutrition is harmful.
Obesity carries serious health risks.
Suddenly, when the truth requires us to change our own behavior, we become very good at explaining why it doesn’t apply to us.
We live in a time when uncomfortable truths are too easily ignored, softened, argued away, or labeled according to whatever makes them easier to dismiss. Call it misinformation. Call it disinformation. Call it cognitive dissonance.
Sometimes I just call it bu****it.
We put Surgeon General warnings right on the package, and people still light the cigarette. Inhale the v**e chemicals.
And here's the part we don't like talking about, choice.
Yes, addiction is real. Habits are powerful. Food, ni****ne, alcohol, and other substances can become deeply intertwined with our trauma, coping, stress, and brain chemistry. I understand that changing isn't always simple.
But there is still a point where knowledge creates responsibility.
When you know something is harming you and continually choose it anyway you are participating in the consequences of that choice.
In some ways, we're all participating in our own death. None of us gets out of here alive. But there is a difference between accepting our mortality and repeatedly choosing things we know are destroying our health while pretending they aren't.
And I think this goes deeper than ci******es, food, alcohol, or exercise.
It speaks to the relationship we have with ourselves.
Because when we become so disconnected from ourselves that we genuinely don't care what happens to our own bodies, that disconnection doesn't stay contained inside us. It spills outward into our families, our communities, the way we treat one another, and ultimately the way we treat this planet.
So when you find yourself looking around and asking,
“What on earth is going on with people?”
Maybe part of the answer is painfully simple, too many people have stopped caring.
And perhaps changing the world begins much closer to home than we'd like to admit with taking responsibility for the one life, one body, and one set of choices that actually belongs to us.

Our Sacred Purpose and Beliefs working with Ayahuasca-Yagé.
For thousands of years, Indigenous peoples of the Amazon have worked with Ayahuasca-Yagé as a sacred plant medicine, preserving ancestral knowledge through ceremony, prayer, ritual, song, dance, and relationship with the natural and spiritual worlds.
OUR INTENTION is to support the spiritual transformation and evolution of human beings through communion with the Divine Creator and the sacred ceremonial use of Ayahuasca-Yagé.
OUR PURPOSE is to preserve and honor the ancestral traditions surrounding this sacred medicine by creating ceremonial spaces for prayer, healing, spiritual growth, expanded consciousness, and deeper connection with the Divine.
WE BELIEVE Ayahuasca-Yagé is a sacred medicine made available through the Divine Creator for humanity, regardless of religion, race, s*x, gender, or background.
We believe that when approached reverently, responsibly, and within its appropriate spiritual and ancestral context, Ayahuasca-Yagé can help individuals turn inward, deepen their relationship with the Divine Creator, and awaken to the sacred nature of life.
We believe these ceremonies can bring profound mystical and spiritual experiences through which individuals may receive insight, guidance, greater self understanding, and a deeper awareness of their relationship with other beings and the universe.
At the heart of these teachings is unconditional spiritual love. Through this sacred communion, we seek to become more loving, compassionate, conscious, and connected human beings.
We believe Ayahuasca-Yagé also strengthens our relationship with Mother Earth, reminding us that humanity is part of Nature rather than separate from it. With this understanding comes a responsibility to honor, care for, and protect the Earth and all living beings.
We honor the generations of Indigenous peoples who have carried these sacred traditions since before the colonization of South America. It is our responsibility to approach these practices with humility, discipline, reverence, and respect for the ancestral lineages from which they come.
We believe our spiritual experiences may also deepen our understanding of life, death, and the continuation of spirit. By becoming more familiar with the spiritual dimensions of existence, we may release some of our fear surrounding death and devote more of our lives to love, service, and creating a better world.
We recognize that sacred scriptures, spiritual teachings, prayer, ceremony, and Ayahuasca-Yagé may serve together as tools for spiritual development, when practiced in harmony with the Divine Creator and with the intention of awakening greater love and consciousness.
Ultimately, our ceremonies call us toward the eternal present, to live consciously, love unconditionally, honor the Divine Creator, respect Mother Earth, and allow our actions to arise from our highest spiritual awareness.
Through sacred medicine, ancestral wisdom, prayer, and love, we seek not simply altered states of consciousness, but transformed ways of living.
