REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Glenrock Health Center is accepting sealed proposals from qualified HVAC and mechanical contractors for the maintenance, management, evaluation, and potential replacement of the Health Center's mechanical systems.
The project includes preventive maintenance of HVAC and boiler systems, pneumatic thermostat controls, evaluation of existing LG HVAC units, recommendations for system upgrades, and optional proposals for complete system modernization and replacement.

Glenrock Health Center is proud to partner with Glenrock Junior/Senior High School to provide FREE sports physicals for students entering 6th–12th grade for the 2026–2027 school year.

📍 Location: Glenrock High School
This partnership helps ensure student-athletes are ready for the upcoming sports season while providing families with two convenient opportunities to complete required physicals before school begins.

Glenrock Health Center (Mon through Friday) or available to print at glenrockhealthcenter.com on the "Our Clinic" page
• Glenrock High School Office (Wednesdays throughout the summer)
• High School Weight Room
• High School Gym
To help the process run smoothly, please complete all sections of the physical form before arriving, including: • Medical history information
• Insurance information
• Parent/guardian signatures
Having forms completed ahead of time will reduce wait times and help expedite examinations.
