✨Unpaid Items Post ✨

Hi loves! 💜 I wanted to share a quick update on my shop policies.
Unfortunately, due to an increase in unpaid baskets and customers disappearing without communication, I will no longer be accepting custom or special requests unless a deposit is paid in advance.
⏰ Payment is due within 24 hours of claiming items unless we've discussed other arrangements beforehand. I completely understand that life happens. If you need a little extra time, please just send me a message before claiming. Communication goes a long way, and I'm always happy to work with you when I know what's going on. However, if you claim items and then ghost me, you will be blocked from future sales. I hate having to enforce this, but it's become necessary. If we have a payment plan, you must stick with it.
The three baskets I'm posting today have been sitting for over two months with no payment and no communication despite multiple attempts to reach the buyers. That's simply not fair to me or to other customers who may have wanted these beautiful pieces.
Thank you to everyone who pays on time, communicates, and continues to support my small business. Your kindness and understanding mean more than you know! ❤️ Now let's find these beauties new homes!

While I'm away, please continue paying your invoices as they become due. Any paid invoices received after noon today will be shipped as soon as I'm back in the crystal world.

📢 Important Reminder About Invoices
I currently have a large number of unpaid invoices, and this needs to be addressed.
If I contact you about an outstanding invoice and do not receive a response, your invoice will be canceled and you will be blocked from making future purchases. Ghosting is not acceptable. If you're having an issue, please communicate with me. I am always willing to work with people who communicate.
If you are on a payment plan, you are expected to make your payments as agreed. I have noticed several people who are behind on their payments but are actively claiming items from other sellers. If you have money to shop elsewhere, your payment to my small business should be a priority. Failing to make agreed upon payments while continuing to shop is not acceptable.
If this pattern continues, I will be ending payment plans altogether and returning to a strict 24-hour payment policy for all purchases.
Dre Day's Treasure Chest is a small business, not a large retailer. Every unpaid invoice directly impacts my ability to purchase new inventory and continue offering affordable prices. I truly appreciate everyone who pays on time, honors their commitments, and communicates with me when something comes up. Thank you for understanding and for supporting my small business. 💜
