Let's talk about something a lot of women deal with quietly: the anxiety that comes with hair loss.

It's not just a cosmetic thing. For a lot of women, it's tied up in identity, confidence, and how you show up in the world, and that stress can genuinely make the shedding worse, which makes the stress worse. It's a loop.

We put together a carousel on six lifestyle factors that actually help: managing stress, staying hydrated, eating in a way that supports your follicles, protecting your sleep, cutting back on the habits that add inflammation, and going easier on your hair day to day.

None of these replace a proper diagnosis. If something feels sudden or heavy, please see a dermatologist. But if you're looking for a place to start, this is it.

💌 You're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out on your own.

My easy post-workout protein smoothie!

As a 58-year-old postmenopausal woman, getting enough protein every day is a priority for me, especially when it comes to supporting muscle, staying satisfied, and meeting my nutrition goals.

Here’s what I add to mine:
✨ Protein powder, I aim for at least 30g of protein
✨ Flax meal for extra fiber
✨ Frozen berries for fiber, antioxidants, polyphenols + flavor
✨ Nut or seed butter
✨ Water, milk, or your favorite dairy-free alternative
✨ Optional: creatine, if it works for you

The biggest takeaway? You don’t have to make nutrition complicated. Find ingredients that work for your body and focus on consistently getting enough protein and fiber throughout your day.

Save this for your next smoothie! 💪🥤

Why am I so tired?

If you've been asking yourself this lately, menopause may be part of the answer. Hormonal changes can affect your sleep, lower your energy, and make it take longer for your body to recover.

The good news is that a few daily habits can help support your overall well-being:
• Prioritize protein to fuel your body and stabilize energy.
• Stay active with regular movement to boost strength and mood.
• Create a consistent sleep routine to give your body the rest it needs.

If your fatigue is severe or persistent, talk with your healthcare provider to rule out other possible causes.

What's one habit that helps you feel more energized?
