I am a certified life coach who can help raise consciousness in individuals and love seeing the ripple effect to all. My specialty life transitions to live the joyful life envisioned. I offer hatha yoga and coaching to individual or groups, coaching hikes, outdoor serenity peace coaching along the Crystal River. The healing power of nature and water enhance the session to a great degree as well as

my intuition. I am experienced with mediation, yoga, healing, nutrition and exercise for health and wellness. I am certified professional coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, a licensed cosmetologist/skin care expert. I do transition coaching and I help people who have had MTBI . A life changing accident in 2015 woke me up to explore my true desires and I choose to close Paradise Day Spa which I owned for 25 years. I recognized through my pain all the blessings in new opportunities that I have and moved forward to grasp them. I have been told by many I am inspirational through walking my talk in my own transition. I specialize in helping people who have experienced an accident, illness or disease to transition with grace and ease since this is my experience.
