🚨We’re living in a time where money is tight for the majority. We understand, because we are right there with you.
We’re seeing it all over. Price increases everywhere, shrinkflation, medical costs rising, your favorite drink now is several dollars more than it used to be.
It’s frustrating. 😡

This is why it’s important to make solid choices for where you spend your money.
Do you want to help the billionaire buy another yacht, or do you want to help your neighbors buy groceries and pay their mortgage?

Small businesses will always be more expensive. Small businesses will always pay less.
Believe me when I say we would pay so much more for good help if we could!

But, they are the people in your communities that donate to your kids fundraisers, genuinely care about you when you are sick or miss an appointment, and will grieve with you when you lose a member of your family.

Your community is a priceless gift. You cannot put a price tag on it. Let’s all remember to support and lift each other up and if we can, show up and use our hard earned money in a way that shows the world what we truly value. 💫🇺🇸

One of the most common misconceptions clients bring into a session is that deep tissue means as much pressure as possible.

Real deep tissue work is about accessing specific layers of muscle with the right technique, not just pushing harder. The therapists who understand this protect their bodies, get better results, and have clients who actually feel better the next day instead of just sore.

I got these new glasses recently and boy are they smart! Ha! Smart 🤓.

In the recent customer satisfaction survey someone mentioned that I was wearing smart glasses during the massage and there was concern that wearing them opens the possibility of taking photos or videos during sessions.

I just want to go on record and say that I absolutely would NEVER take photos or videos during sessions without your express permission. Never ever. I do plan to use these for some point of view videos in the future, but I will ask beforehand and receive written permission before ever doing so.

You can feel comfortable knowing your privacy is a top priority. If you still have ANY concerns at all I have absolutely no problem working without them, just mention to me you’d prefer no glasses and I will happily ablige.
