I’m so excited to try out this luxurious, minimalist skincare line from Epicutis! ✨ Clean, thoughtfully formulated ingredients with no unnecessary fillers—just skin barrier-loving goodness.

They sent me their Recovery Kit, which is designed to help support the skin after professional treatments like microneedling and chemical peels. I can’t wait to see how it performs and share my honest thoughts with you all! 🤍

Well… life has been life-ing lately, which explains my social media disappearance. 😅

But since I’m finally resurfacing, I figured I’d share my latest questionable life decision: trying the Green Sea Peel on myself. 🌿😂

If I’m going to ask my clients to trust the process, I figured I should be willing to look like a shedding lizard first. Stay tuned for the transformation. 🐍✨ I promise it’s not as bad as it sounds or looks lol.

✨ Introducing: The Green Sea Peel ✨
Advanced, results-driven skin renewal powered by the ocean 🌿

This isn’t your typical chemical peel…

The Green Sea Peel by KrX uses natural marine spicules (microscopic needles) to create controlled micro-channels in the skin stimulating collagen, accelerating cell turnover, and enhancing product absorption.

💧 What it helps treat:

• Acne + congestion
• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)
• Uneven skin tone
• Rough texture + dull skin
• Enlarged pores
• Early signs of aging (fine lines, loss of firmness)
• Barrier dysfunction + dehydrated skin

💧 Why this treatment stands out:

• Non-acidic: great for sensitive or reactive skin
• Stimulates collagen + elastin production
• Improves texture, tone, and clarity
• Boosts oxygenation + circulation
• Supports skin healing + repair
• Naturally antimicrobial (great for acne-prone skin)

🌊 Powered by marine bioactives:

• Amino acids → repair + strengthen skin
• Fatty acids → reinforce the skin barrier
• Antioxidants → reduce inflammation + protect skin
• Minerals → support healing + cellular function
• Algae extract → hydration + barrier protection

✨ The result?
Smoother, clearer, stronger, more resilient skin.

This is one of the advanced treatments I’ll be offering at Selah Skin Studio 🤍

The menopause skin solution no one’s talking about.

We know you’ve said this before.

“My skin is so dry—nothing works anymore.”

“I drink so much water and it still feels dehydrated.”

“My products used to work. Now they just sit on top.”

If you’re going through perimenopause or menopause, this is the conversation your going to want to be a part of, and the answer isn’t more moisturizer.

It’s aquaporins.

Aquaporins are proteins inside every skin cell—water channels that regulate how moisture moves in and out. When they’re functioning well, skin stays hydrated, plump, resilient. When they’re sluggish (thanks to age, hormonal shifts, stress, environmental exposure), skin loses the ability to hold water. No matter how much you layer on.

This is why menopausal skin feels fundamentally different. It’s not surface dryness. It’s cellular dehydration.

Thesera H addresses exactly this.

It doesn’t add moisture on top. It activates the skin’s own water channels and floods cells with hydration from the inside out. You’ll leave looking plumper, more radiant, and genuinely rested—not because you covered something up, but because you woke up your skin.

For my clients navigating menopause, this is the treatment that finally makes sense. And for you, it opens a whole new conversation about what hydration actually means—and how to support it between visits.
Can’t wait to add this to my menu🩷🩷🩷

Day 4 of Rosacea Awareness Month

✨ Rosacea Subtype 4: Ocular Rosacea ✨

Ocular rosacea affects the eyes rather than just the skin and can occur with or without other rosacea subtypes.

Common signs include:
👁️ Chronic/red irritated eyes
🔥 Itching or burning sensation
💧 Dry, watery, or sensitive eyes
⚠️ Recurring styes

Because this subtype affects the eye area, it’s often overlooked or mistaken for other concerns.

If you struggle with persistent eye irritation alongside facial redness/flushing, ocular rosacea may be something to discuss with your provider. 🤍

Rosacea is more than just facial redness—which is why proper education and treatment matter.

Rosacea Awareness Month | Day 3 ✨ Phymatous Rosacea

Phymatous rosacea is one of the more severe and advanced forms of rosacea. It can cause the skin to become thickened, swollen, and uneven in texture most commonly affecting the nose.

Symptoms may include:
• Skin thickening/rough texture
• Swelling and tenderness
• Inflamed breakouts or nodules
• Increased skin sensitivity

At this stage, professional medical intervention is often necessary, as more advanced treatment may be needed beyond topical skincare from a licensed medical provider.

Rosacea Awareness Day 3 🌿 Products

✨ Rosacea is more than just redness, it’s a chronic inflammatory skin condition caused by dysfunction within the skin’s immune response.

When the skin overproduces inflammatory proteins and antimicrobial peptides, it can lead to persistent redness, flushing, irritation, and barrier damage. 🤍

Because rosacea-prone skin is already inflamed, calming that inflammation and strengthening the barrier is key to managing flare-ups. 🌿

That’s why I love the KrX Cica Recovery Line. Formulated with soothing, anti-inflammatory ingredients like Centella Asiatica to help calm, repair, and support compromised skin.
