We also honored Summer Tarron Hernandez, Admissions Coordinator as our Caring Professional of the Month for July — Summer is someone who consistently goes above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Her compassion, kindness, and dedication is what makes Haven of Globe such a special place.

Meet Cynthia Natsyn, Haven of Globe's August resident of the month!

Cynthia is a proud daughter, mom and grandmother. She is proud of her culture and growing up in San Carlos. She has always enjoyed staying active. These days you’ll find her having fun with balloon ball, volleyball, and other activities in our activities room.

Cynthia never misses an opportunity to join in the fun! She enjoys participating in activities and church services, and her love of dancing, singing, and laughing can brighten any room. Her outgoing personality and friendly spirit make her a friend to so many here at Haven.

We are so glad to have Cynthia as a part of our Haven family

Meet Marie Macktima, Haven of Globe's July resident of the month!

Marie was born on Christmas Eve night in San Carlos, Arizona, and was the youngest of two daughters. She has built a beautiful legacy with her seven children and countless grandchildren (with the family still growing!). Marie was a devoted stay-at-home mom who made sure her children were raised with love, guidance, and, of course, knew how to behave!

Marie’s faith has always been an important part of her life. A devoted Lutheran, she prayed every night in Apache for her children, showing the deep love and care she has always carried for her family.

Those who know Marie know she has a wonderful sense of humor. She loves to laugh, tease her loved ones, and bring smiles to those around her. She has enjoyed many adventures throughout her life, traveling to places like Nebraska, Minnesota, Montana, Las Vegas, and Laughlin.

Marie also loved visiting the casino and continued enjoying it well into her 80s. One time, her daughter was in Laughlin, looked over, and said, “That looks like Mom…” — and sure enough, it was Marie out there living her best life!

We are so glad to have Marie as part of our Haven family

Our residents were filled with smiles and joy as they enjoyed the wonderful performance of Oliver Jr. brought to us by the Monsoon Youth yesterday. The talent, energy, and passion this group shares is truly something special!

We are so grateful for the time you spend with our Haven family. Your performances bring back memories, spark conversations, and create moments of happiness that our residents cherish.

The Monsoon Youth is incredibly talented, and our residents always look forward to your visits. Thank you for creating such special memories with us — we can’t wait to see you again!
