I am not here to tell you right or wrong,
good or bad, left or right, up or down…
I am not here to judge your dress or your hair or your habits or your religion or your culture…
We all possess free will and choices.
I am here to offer you a space -
that can release the grips of program, conflict, polarity and control that you believe to be a part of.
In order for you to take a breath into a new reality,
you must allow yourself to let go of this one.
Small steps that allow for fresh insight, liberating ideas and enlightening epiphanies..
that steer your journey towards an opportunity of awakening to who you truly are.
Discover a time out for your body, mind and emotions… in the GongSpace.

I offer Gong Meditations the first and third Saturday of every month- tap the picture and put yourself in the GongSpace-
