With our June destination being Tanzania, Africa, we didn't hesitate to learn about the culture! ๐
Kabri, our Resident Program Assistant, taught us all about the traditional dish called Kachumbari. It's made from chopped tomatoes, onions, and chili peppers, often with cilantro, lime/lemon juice, and sometimes cucumber or avocado. ๐
Perfect as a salad or dip!
