That 3 PM crash? It’s not always a caffeine problem.
Your blood sugar may be part of the problem. Before reaching for another cup of coffee, take a look at what you ate for lunch.

Empty carbs or not eating at all can throw your blood sugar into a tailspin.

Be sure to include protein with your lunch, add a healthy fat, and take a quick walk. Your energy will be much better!
