Our staff and residents are the actual best! Where else can you go to work and get to truly enjoy what you do and bond with the ones you’re taking care of? Unheard of anymore in healthcare but our girls prove it’s possible every day.

To us? One incredibly sweet and loving resident and one of our amazing girls (our Employee of the Month, actually 😉).

One is building strength and confidence with more walks each day, and the other is right there cheering her on every step of the way. 🥹

Both proudly rocking their Silver Linings gear, and both reminding us exactly why we do what we do.

This is the real vision. Real relationships, genuine love, encouragement, and a whole lot of heart. 💜

And we think they wear it pretty darn well! 😉
