The Sonic Rest Experience "It’s called The Sonic Rest Experience. It’s an intimate, live ambient guitar concert, but with a twist: there are no massive, loud speakers.

Instead, every single person in the room gets a pair of pristine, high-fidelity wireless headphones. The Meditation Learning Center provides meditation and learning opportunities by offering weekly meetings, satsangs, Personal Training, retreats, courses, and books. Many of the events are free of charge or on a donation basis except where room rental or other costs are involved. If we do not visit

The Sonic Rest Experience is an ambient, post-rock, and solo fingerstyle guitar project created by performing artist and producer Shane Wilson. Based in the beautiful desert landscape of Arizona, Shane utilizes open tunings, synthesizers, and heavy atmospheric effects to create deep, improvisational soundscapes designed for rest, focus, and meditation.
Expanding beyond traditional releases, the project features immersive "silent concerts"—unique live events where audiences experience the music in tranquil settings using specialized wireless headphones.
