Our May class schedule is here🌿—designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. Whether you’re craving deep rest or a powerful flow, there’s a space for you on the mat.

Monday - start the day gentle, end the day sweating
Tuesday - start the day warm, end the day soft
Wednesday - start gentle, hop into power and finish off warm and cozy
Thursday - restore your morning, dance the night away with zumba
Friday - start the day warm, end the day soft
Saturday - Hot power to kick off the weekend
Sunday - full scope of power, dance and slowness to end the week
