Liquid microneedling is having a moment, and we want to know what you think!

The trend, rooted in K-beauty, uses tiny needle-like particles called spicules (derived from marine sponges) that create microchannels in the skin to boost ingredient absorption and support skin renewal. Think of it as an at-home, topical take on microneedling, without the device.

We are honored to share that Associated Skin Care Professionals, the International SPA Association, and the Professional Beauty Association have received a 2026 ASAE Power of Associations Gold Award for our collaborative work to advance the Esthetics Licensure Compact.

Three organizations. One shared priority: a future where your license travels with you.

The Esthetics Licensure Compact is working to remove the barriers that cost licensed estheticians time, money, and career opportunities when they relocate or work across state lines. Alabama, Kansas, and Virginia have already enacted the compact, and momentum is building toward the 7 states needed to bring it to life nationwide.
