🌸 A Little Time. A Lot of Heart. 🌸

There’s something special about people who choose to give their time simply to make someone else’s day, surroundings, or home a little better. ❤️

Our flower bed has received a complete makeover, thanks in large part to our wonderful volunteer and Board Member, Paul Bruns, who put in countless hours giving it some much-needed attention and bringing the garden back to life. 🌹🌿

We also want to recognize Larry Gronewold and Peggy Hoelscher, who have generously helped with the flower beds on other days as well. Their time, hard work, and willingness to pitch in mean more than they probably realize.

Volunteering isn’t always about doing something big. Sometimes it’s simply showing up, getting your hands dirty, and giving a little of your time to make a place more beautiful for the people who call it home.

And that kind of kindness blooms far beyond the flower bed. 🌷❤️

To Paul, Larry, Peggy, and all of our volunteers — thank you for giving your time, your talents, and your hearts to Golden Good Shepherd. We are so grateful for you! 💚

“Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”
— Hebrews 13:16 ❤️

💖BIG HAIR. BIG SMILES. BIG SCOOPS🍦🎤

What a SWEET way to wrap up our Dolly Week at Golden Good Shepherd Home! 🤠💕

We had big hair, big personalities, plenty of laughs, an unforgettable Dolly Look-A-Like Contest, and then the Sugar Rush Ice Cream Truck rolled in to make the day even sweeter! 🍦🍨✨

And let us tell you… THAT ICE CREAM WAS A HIT! 😋❤️ Our residents and staff enjoyed every delicious bite, and the smiles said it all!

A very special THANK YOU to everyone who donated to help bring the Sugar Rush Ice Cream Truck to Golden Good Shepherd Home. Your generosity helped create an afternoon full of laughter, happiness, and sweet memories for our residents. 💗

From Dolly glamour to ice cream dreams, we ended Dolly Week with a whole lotta love and a whole lotta sweetness! 🎀🍦

🌸 Because, just like Dolly says, “Find out who you are and do it on purpose.” 🌸

And we think our residents did just that—with a little sparkle, a lot of heart, and plenty of Dolly flair! 💖
