Healing rarely happens in a straight line, and it rarely happens by looking at just one piece of the picture. Physical symptoms, emotional patterns, energy blocks, and soul-level questions are usually more connected than we're taught to believe. That's the whole reason this work looks at all four together instead of picking just one. Beyond physical hunger and emotional hunger, there's a third one most of us never learned to name: spiritual hunger.

So much of our relationship with food gets stuck in a loop of willpower and restriction, when really, the body is often asking for something deeper.
