I am an Animal Reiki Master and Teacher. I help people create deep, personal connections with their animal companions. I help people heal their relationship with their pet, including recovering from the trauma of pet loss. As an "animal-guided healer", I have a very special focus with animals who are aging or terminally ill. My unique approach teaches human companions how to create a space of peace, calm and compassion for animals who are transitioning to the other side. I also teach pet owners how to use my one-of-a-kind Intuitive Touch for Animals™ technique to help heal their own pets. Imagine learning to "talk" to your pet with a gentle caress.....

I’ve been thinking a lot about the little group of women coming with me to Teotihuacan next month.

And I realized something.

Every woman who has said yes so far is someone I already know. Someone who has learned with me, explored with me, or been part of my world in some way.

If you’ve taken one of my classes, joined me for a workshop, explored Reiki or intuition with me, gone down a rabbit hole with me, or simply followed along with this community for a while… you already know the kinds of things we explore together.

“Can I come by myself?” ✈️

I’ve traveled solo for the past 10 years - throughout the U.S., Europe and Mexico - and one of the most important things I’ve learned is this:

Traveling solo does not mean traveling alone.

I love getting another stamp in my passport... but that's not why I'm leading a journey to Teotihuacan.

The first five years of this decade brought more loss than I ever imagined. I said goodbye to my three senior dogs, my father, my mother-in-law, and finally, my husband.

By the spring of this year, I knew I needed something to change.

Then I received an unexpected invitation to join a spiritual retreat in Teotihuacan, Mexico.

I thought I was saying yes to an adventure.

What I found was healing.

There was something about the energy of the ancient temples, the silence of the sacred caverns, and the spirit of that extraordinary place that reached parts of my heart I didn't even realize still needed healing.

It's difficult to put into words.
