Receive the energy and vibrations of a wide variety of instruments played expertly by our sound healers, Scott Pridgen and Tim Pitschka. Immerse yourself in an otherwordly meditative environment to connect with your inner peace and open to the light of the longest day of the year, Summer Solstice!

Listen here for a brief sample of the amazing instruments and sounds you will encounter during our Sound Bath! Each experience is always different and specialized to bring you into the NOW.

Doors are at 6:00 and the event starts promptly at 6:30 so we can create a sacred space for participants. Please join us as YOUR presence in the soundbath is part of what makes each journey unique!

It’s shaping up to be a busy and exciting weekend in Golden! There's a full line up in town with Summer Solstice, Father's Day, ARTSWEEK Golden and more!

Because of all the activity happening around town this weekend, we wanted to share a few updates:

Yoga in the Park will be held at Lions Park this Saturday, June 20th, so please plan accordingly. (We will return to Parfet Park on June 27th). Gemma will be leading this practice-- not to be missed!

If you're attending classes at the studio or joining us for this weekend's Soundbath (also on Saturday June 20th) we recommend allowing a little extra travel time, as traffic and parking may be busier than usual throughout Golden.

We look forward to practicing with you and appreciate your patience as our community enjoys this festive weekend!

Do you want to deepen your practice? Do you want to teach yoga that is true to the ancient teachings? Become a Certified Yoga Teacher!

​Join experienced Yoga Teacher Trainers Kimball Cicciu, Shanti Pitschka and Mickey Myers for a deep dive into an authentic yoga teacher training. Join us for this special opportunity to work with master teachers with this multifaceted exploration of yoga of the body, mind and spirit.
