Gastons l Rebuilding Strength & Confidence πͺπ§ββοΈ
Gastons can be one of the most demanding shoulder positions in climbingβespecially if youβve had a previous shoulder injury π¬
Itβs not uncommon to feel hesitant or apprehensive when loading this position again π§
In the clinic, we take a gradual, structured approach to help climbers rebuild strength, control, and confidence in these movements. ποΈ
