Modern Movement Clinic A modern and individualized approach to your rehab and strength training. We give you what you likely haven't had before, our time and attention to detail.

We typically say "we're likely not the first person you will see, but we typically are the last". We are located on the second floor of the Applewood Tech Center building right off Youngfield Street. You'll take a left after exiting the elevator on the second floor, then a quick right to travel down the hallway. You'll take one more right and just a couple doors down on your left will be Modern Movement Clinic. If you are scheduled, come on in! No walk-ins or solicitation, por favor. Ain't nobody got time for that!

Part 1: the questions I wish you’d ask me at the end of your first visit.

“Can I train through this and keep making progress?” Short answer in the video.

What would you ask? Drop it below.

Quick test: sit down on the floor, then stand back up — no hands, no knees for support.

This is a solid check on your real-world functional strength and balance, not just flexibility.

(It took me 7 tries to film this gracefully. 😅 No comment.)

Let us know how it went.👇🏼

You did the hip test - here’s what your result means.🔍

One side tighter than the other? Control problem.
Both sides rough? Just needs more movement.

We’ll show you exactly what to do.☝🏼

Drop a comment if these helped, or come see us if it’s not budging.

Why I actually got into sports chiropractic…

What pulls you toward the work you do?

How tight are your hips, really?

Try this test for 30 seconds. If it feels impossible, that’s not a flexibility problem - it’s usually a control problem.

Comment which side is worse. We’ll tell you what it means.👇🏼

If you don’t like doing your calf raises, you should try again. 🤨

Calf raises aren’t a filler exercise. Your calves are doing more work than you think. They propel you forward every time you walk, run, or jump, and they’re a huge part of keeping your ankles stable under load.

Strong calves means better ankle stability and fewer shin or achilles issues down the line.

Gold star behavior (in our opinion). ⭐

These are the wins we actually care about — not the PR, not the finish line. The boring, unglamorous stuff that gets you there in one piece.

Which one are you already doing? Tell us below. 👇
