Tending To Your Spirit, this morning it looked like meeting up with a friend and just being honest with where I am at mentally. It isn’t always easy but friendships make it a lot easier.

Happy Mothers Day 💐
Sending out love to all of the moms ❤️
And to all of the moms who have been on the journey at some point throughout these 23 years I want to say thank you, thank you for being apart of my tribe. We aren’t made to do this life alone, and we certainly aren’t meant to be moms alone.
I am blessed beyond words to have two amazing kids who love me and that I get to be apart of their worlds as they continue to grow.

Tending To Your Spirit ~ is knowing that the road is smooth, rocky, bumpy, watch out for the pot holes 🤣 and back to smooth…and without judgement knowing that you’re doing the best you can in any situation you find yourself in. To all of my moms out there
