Update: Retail pharmacy is back to normal operations and able to process credit cards as usual.

The KVH retail pharmacy is currently unable to process credit cards. We can only ring out cash sales and dispense prescriptions with a zero copay at this time. We hope to have this resolved and be back up and running soon.

UPDATE: The pharmacy is fully up and running. The technical issue has been resolved and we are back to normal operations.

The KVH Pharmacy software system is currently down. We are limited to emergency services only at this time.

Emergency pharmacy services remain available.

Please delay pick up for a few hours if you are able. Technical support is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we will update when this has been fixed.

If you think you or your child may have measles, CALL US before arriving so we can prepare safely.

Symptoms may include:
- Fever
- Cough
- Runny nose
- Red eyes
- Red rash that starts on the face and spreads

At this time there are no known cases of measles in Klickitat County. There have been several cases reported in Clark, Kittitas, Snohomish, and Stevens County in Washington as well as reports in Clackamas and Linn Counties in Oregon.

Measles is highly contagious and spreads through the air. Calling ahead helps slow the spread and protect other patients and staff.

Big things are happening under the surface at KVH!

We are thrilled to officially start construction on the new Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) and Solar Carport project.

This isn't just about new technology - it’s about being responsible stewards of our community’s resources. By harnessing the earth’s natural temperature and the power of the sun, we’re set to improve efficiency with modern equipment and save an estimated $60,000 each year in energy costs. We will reinvest those savings directly back into what matters most: our patients and staff.

A huge thank you to the Washington State Department of Commerce’s and the Climate Commitment Act for making this possible.

Flu season isn’t over yet, and getting the shot now can still help protect you and the people around you. The flu shot lowers your chances of getting sick, and if you do catch the flu, it can help reduce how severe it is.

Pharmacy Service Update:
We are currently experiencing a system-wide issue that is preventing the processing of prescription insurance claims. This issue is affecting multiple pharmacies and is not specific to Klickitat Valley Health (KVH). Our vendor is aware of the problem and is actively investigating.

At this time:
-Prescriptions that have already been processed are available for pick up
-All self-pay prescriptions can be processed and dispensed
-New prescriptions or refill requests requiring insurance billing cannot be filled
