Unfortunately due to unexpected plumbing issues, our office will be closing early today. We are actively working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means your appointment scheduled for this afternoon will need to be rescheduled. Our team will be reaching out to you shortly to find a new time that works best. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Our office is currently having issues with our phone system. Voicemails continually are getting cut off. We are getting this looked into. Please be patient with us as we try to get this fixed in a timely manner.
If you are needing a refill, please contact your pharmacy and they can request it from our office.

📢 Important Office Update – Bluebell Health & Wellness

Due to the continued growth in our patient population, we are excited to now offer mobile check-in! Please be on the lookout for an email/text message a few days before your appointment from Phreesia, (THIS IS NOT A SCAM) our new check -in system, which will allow you to register for your appointment from home and at your own convenience. It will also allow you to complete some of the health questions and screeners that are useful to our visit.

If you are unable to complete the mobile check-in, please arrive at your appointment 15 minutes prior to appointment time.
