Our office has a person-centered philosophy that each person is different and has different needs. Services provided:

ss treatment options (as allowed by HIPAA guidelines). We currently provide the following services:

* Comprehensive clinical evaluations: These evaluations are used as a means to determine appropriate treatment.

* Medication Management: Includes prescribing, monitoring, and education for self-administration, dosages, benefits, and potential side effects of your medications.

* Therapy: psychological therapy sessions available in a calm and relaxed environment. Therapy is available for children and adults. See a list of our therapist's specialties https://www.cfofnc.com/home/bio

* Substance abuse counseling: help with addiction and abuse problems of drugs, narcotics, and other substances. Counseling services are available in the client's office or home.

* Couples Support Services: Provided by a person who has self-identified as recovering from mental illness or substance abuse issues and is committed to his or her own recovery.

* Peer support refers to support from a person who has knowledge from their own experiences with a condition. Within the context of mental health or substance abuse, peer support is support that typically comes from a person with mental health or substance abuse personally or a person affected by mental health or substance abuse (e.g., immediate family member or caregiver).

* Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) . This program is designed to help people stay out of the hospital and develop skills for living in the community so that their mental illness is not the driving force in their lives. Assertive Community Treatment offers services tailored to the individual needs of the consumer, provided by a team of professionals and available 24 hours a day. For more details on ACTT, click HERE. This is a free service for qualified individuals.

* Other enhanced benefit services - Evidence-based practices: for people receiving the following services. Person-centered philosophy that each person deserves to have their treatment tailored to their unique situations.

* Illness management and recovery: Strong emphasis is placed on helping people set and pursue personal goals and implement action strategies in their daily lives.

* Family psychoeducation: involves a partnership between consumers, families, and supporters and professionals. We have an extensive network of doctors, clinicians, counselors, therapists, churches, volunteers and businesses available to help meet your needs. If the services listed do not meet your needs, we will be happy to assist you with a referral to the appropriate agency. Servicios prestados:
