The last couple of weeks have been full of celebrations, new beginnings, and a few bittersweet goodbyes. 💙

Congratulations to Kim and her husband as they prepare to welcome their newest little blessing! We loved getting to celebrate such an exciting season with them.

We’re also so proud of Kylie as she heads off to ECU PA School next month! While we’ll miss seeing her around the office, we know she’s going to do amazing things. Hopefully this isn’t goodbye forever—we’d love to see her back at Waynesborough Ophthalmology someday… just with “PA-C” after her name. 😉 Best of luck, Kylie!

🎉Help us wish our awesome Physician Assistant, Rebecca Lancaster, a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎉

She takes such incredible care of our patients. When she's not caring for our community, she is busy caring for her husband and two girls.

She is actually out this week cheering on her eldest daughter at the Miss North Carolina Teen Pageant in High Point!👸🏼

Earlier this month, Waynesborough Ophthalmology had an amazing team building outing at the Wilson Warbirds game! It was a beautiful night, and to make it even better, the Warbirds brought home a win! ⚾️✨

We even got to watch Miss North Carolina throw out the first pitch, and watch Dr Jordan and her boys finish out the night being the last ones to run the bases, which made the night even more special!

From cheering together in the stands to watching the incredible fireworks show light up the sky, it was such a fun evening. One of our favorite parts was seeing the excitement on the kids’ faces during the fireworks. Moments like these remind us that the people we work with truly become family.

We are so thankful for this team and feel incredibly blessed to work alongside such amazing people ❤️

🇺🇸 In honor of Memorial Day, both our Goldsboro and Smithfield offices will be closed on Monday as we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Both offices will reopen Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful holiday weekend with family and friends. ❤️🤍💙

Lunch with Dr. Chesnutt is always an adventure… but bring in Chick-fil-A and suddenly it’s every man for himself 😂🍗

Dr. Chesnutt LOVES our pharmaceutical lunches… ESPECIALLY when it’s Chick-fil-A!!! And apparently the proper serving utensils are a giant spoon and grill pinchers 🤣

This week brought plenty of reasons to celebrate 🎉
We recognized Administrative Professionals Day and celebrated our office manager’s birthday.
