Hi everyone,

Over the years, many of you have shared so much more than your skincare goals with me.

We've talked about relationships, stress, confidence, family, healing, life transitions, and everything in between. One of my greatest honors has been creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to be yourselves.

Many of you know that personal growth has been a passion of mine for years. I've spent countless hours studying life coaching, hypnotherapy, energy healing, personal development, and human behavior. Through all of my learning and my own healing journey one thing has stood out above everything else.

The single most impactful foundation of my healing has been learning self-awareness.

When we become aware of our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns, we create something incredibly powerful: choice.

Instead of reacting on autopilot, we begin responding intentionally. We start understanding ourselves with greater compassion. We recognize the patterns that no longer serve us and begin creating new ones that do.

That realization inspired me to create Sovara

Sovara is a new chapter dedicated to helping women cultivate self-awareness, reconnect with themselves, and create lives that feel more peaceful, intentional, and aligned.

To begin, I'm looking for five women to join my very first 6-week beta coaching experience.

Over six weeks, we'll meet once a week for a one-hour Zoom session. You'll also receive guided exercises, journaling prompts, reflection tools, and other resources designed to help you better understand yourself and create lasting change from the inside out.

Q: How long does my hair need to be for sugaring? 🤍

A: Ideally about the length of a grain of rice! Usually around 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving is enough for your first appointment.

If the hair is too short, the sugar may not be able to grip it properly. If it’s longer, don’t worry — I can trim if needed. 💜

Consistent appointments every 4–5 weeks typically give the best results and can help improve your overall skin health over time.

As we celebrate Independence Day and all that summer has to offer, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your continued support of Stacey's Sugaring & Skin Care. EXCITING NEWS: WELCOME SWEET BALANCE WELLNESS

I'm excited to share that beginning in July, Tamika with Sweet Balance Wellness will be joining us in the back treatment room!

Sweet Balance Wellness focuses on helping clients feel their best from the inside out through wellness-focused services including:

• IV Hydration Therapy
• Vitamin Injections
• Wellness Physicals
• Hormone Therapy
• Metabolic Education

While Stacey's Sugaring focuses on skin health and self-care, Sweet Balance Wellness brings additional wellness services that support overall health and well-being.

MEMBERSHIP UPDATES

As Stacey's Sugaring continues to grow, membership pricing and policies are being updated to better support the client experience and future improvements to our services.

Effective July 1, 2026, new membership pricing will be:

• Brazilian Membership – $77/month
• Vajacial & Brazilian Membership – $129/month
• Ultimate Glow Membership – $169/month

Current members will continue to enjoy their existing membership pricing. Grandfathered pricing remains valid as long as the membership remains active and in good standing.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY UPDATES

To ensure consistency and fairness for all members, the following membership policies are effective immediately:

• Memberships with unpaid invoices exceeding 30 days will be automatically terminated.
• Membership appointments do not roll over.
• Grandfathered pricing applies only while a membership remains active and in good standing.
• If a membership is canceled or terminated, any future enrollment will be subject to current pricing and policies.

Effective July 1, 2026:

• Memberships require a minimum commitment of three consecutive monthly payments.
• Membership pricing is designed around one service every four weeks.
• Clients who choose to schedule every three weeks may occasionally have two appointments within the same billing cycle. In those cases, the additional appointment will be charged at the applicable membership rate.
• Active members continue to receive 10% off eligible additional services.

SUMMER SKIN TIP

Summer heat, sweat, and increased activity can contribute to irritation, ingrown hairs, and congestion. Consistent home care makes a big difference.

For best results:

• Exfoliate regularly as recommended.
• Stay hydrated.
• Avoid picking at ingrown hairs.
• Wear sunscreen daily, especially on areas prone to discoloration.

A little consistency between appointments goes a long way toward maintaining smooth, healthy skin.

Awareness: The Foundation Of Everything
