Happy Spring ☀️
I currently have two daytime appointment spots available for those with flexible schedules who can meet during late morning hours. Both in-person and virtual sessions are available.

As Spring commences, many people experience a natural boost in mood. Consider spending 10 minutes outside to soak up the sunshine and engage in 10 minutes of physical activity, such as walking or stretching! Rusty and I got our walk in during our lunch break today! 😊

While I was looking at my calendar counting the days until Spring, my calendar alerted me that I have openings for two new clients!

I have Tuesdays at 10am or Thursdays at 11am available for new clients, in office or telehealth. I work with children, teens, and adults and take Anthem, Sentara, and United Healthcare plans.
