🇺🇸 An Exciting New Chapter for Estrella Family Care & Aesthetics ⚓️
It is with great honor and gratitude that we share some exciting news with our Estrella Family Care & Aesthetics family.
Our owner and Medical Director, Chuck De La Riva, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has officially accepted a commission as an Active Duty Lieutenant in the United States Navy Nurse Corps. This is a tremendous honor and a lifelong calling to serve our nation while continuing his commitment to caring for others.
As Chuck transitions into active duty military service, he will remain the Owner and Medical Director of Estrella Family Care & Aesthetics, continuing to provide leadership, oversight, and direction for our practice. While his military responsibilities will require him to step back from providing routine patient care, our practice is not going anywhere.
To ensure every patient continues receiving the exceptional care you’ve come to expect, Chuck’s patients will be transitioned to Tara, who will oversee their ongoing medical care, follow-up appointments, medication management, and healthcare needs. We have complete confidence in Tara’s clinical expertise and compassionate approach, and we know she will continue providing outstanding care to our patients.
We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in our practice over the years. Although Chuck’s role will evolve, his commitment to Estrella Family Care & Aesthetics, our mission, and our patients remains unwavering.
