Happy Thursday! This week we are featuring one of our newest additions to the team, Amber! Amber is joining Java as an assistant director of professional development ✨
She brings compassion, authenticity, and skill to the field. A fun fact about her is that she moonlights as a dungeons and dragons game master and absolutely adores all things medieval!! 🐉 Her favorite part of working in ABA has been seeing how the skills we work on for our learners not only allows for independence in their day to day lives but how many of these skills allow them to access and build strong relationships and bonds with their family and friends. The peace in a caregiver’s face that follows their kiddo mastering replacement or tolerance behaviors is the best reinforcement we could possibly hope for as clinicians!! We are thrilled have her and can’t wait for her to continue building success with staff, clients, and families 🤩

This week we are featuring one of our great RBTs, Michael! Michael is a fantastic employee and always comes to work with a smile. A fun fact about him is that he loves collecting trading card! His favorite part about being an RBT is being able to see progress after many trials and errors and having it stick for our kiddos! We are so happy Michael is with team Java! 🤩✨

Last night we celebrated our amazing supervisees as they were promoted to new levels! Dylan, Taylir, and Gennieva are moving into assistant clinician roles! Sydney and Kailie are moving into senior clinician roles! We also celebrated some new RBTs about to enter our supervision program. We are so thrilled to have these fantastic individuals on team Java 🎉🥳
