🎉 Happy Birthday to our amazing Sam! 🎉
Today we're celebrating one of the incredible humans who makes Java Autism Services so special. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Sam makes a lasting difference in the lives of our clients and families. She's also the creative mind behind our Facebook and Instagram, our biggest team cheerleader, and someone who brings joy wherever she goes.
Today she's celebrating at the beach where we hope she's enjoying sunshine, great food, and absolutely zero behavior graphs. 😄

Happy Monday! This week we are featuring one of our RBTs, Brandy! Brandy has been with Java since February! Her favorite part of being an RBT is building meaningful relationships with her clients and watching them grow. Seeing their progress, celebrating their accomplishments, and knowing she played a small part in helping them succeed makes every day rewarding. A fun fact about her is that she loves art and enjoys being creative whenever she has free time! Thanks for all the work you do Brandy!!

Happy Monday! This week we are featuring one of our RBTs, Payton! Payton has been with Java since February!! Her favorite part about her job is seeing in session progress become out of session success. A fun fact about her is that she is a direct descendant of George Thomas Mason “Father of the bill of rights” ! Thanks for all your hard work for team Java 🤩

Happy Monday! This week we are featuring one of our Techs, Alyssa! Alyssa has been with Java for six months now. A fun fact about her is that she has two cats: an orange cat named Weezer and a black cat named Pete the Cat. Her favorite part about her job is being able to celebrate the small, everyday wins with her client and their support team. She says that even the smallest steps forward feel meaningful when we all get to be part of them together. Thanks for all you do, Alyssa!

Happy Monday! This week we are featuring one of our RBTs, Katelynn. She has been with Java since February! Her favorite part of being an RBT is making a genuine impact on a child’s life and seeing the growth her kiddos make. A fun fact about her is that she graduated high school at the age of 16! We are happy to have Katelynn with us. 👏👏

This week we are featuring one of our amazing RBTs, Sam! Sam has been with Java since September 2025! A fun fact about her is that she is from the midwest (Michigan) and has a cat named princess fiona and a dog named teddy!
Her favorite part of the job is creating safe and fun atmosphere for our clients to be their most authentic selves & make it fun for learning new things. We love having Sam with team Java! 🤩🤩
