Our Memory Care residents enjoyed a refreshing afternoon filled with sweet watermelon, great music, and even better company! There’s something so special about gathering together to enjoy a simple summertime treat while singing along to familiar tunes and sharing smiles with friends.

🎉 Come on down! 🎉🇺🇸

Our residents had an absolute blast playing America 250: The Price is Right! This patriotic twist on the classic game show had everyone guessing prices, sharing laughs, and putting their knowledge to the test.

Not only was it a fun and friendly competition, but it was also a wonderful opportunity to revisit pieces of American history and facts that many remembered-and a few they were excited to rediscover! We love creating activities that keep minds engaged while bringing smiles to every face.

The Groves Senior Living is excited to kick off our Back-to-School School Supply Drive to help local children and families start the school year with confidence!

🥧🏆 Pie, prizes, and plenty of laughter! 🏆🥧

Today at The Groves, our residents and staff put their appetites to the test during our exciting Pie Eating Contest! We had a fantastic group of contestants ready to compete, and they certainly didn’t disappoint.

After an intense (and delicious!) competition, we crowned two incredible winners. Our first-place champion devoured an impressive 10 pieces of pie, while our second-place winner finished 8 pieces! 🥧👏

Our champions went home with some amazing prizes- a brand-new pair of Beats EarPods and a Kindle! 🎉

It was wonderful to see so many residents, families, and staff come together to cheer on the contestants. The room was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and unforgettable memories. Thank you to everyone who came out and made today’s event such a sweet success!

What a spectacular evening at The Groves! ✨🎆

Our residents had an incredible time gathering outside to enjoy a festive fireworks show, coordinated by our amazing Maintenance Director, Earl, and brought to life by our talented Chef Tony and Life Enrichment Director, Emma!

With the Arizona heat in full swing, we made sure everyone stayed cool with plenty of delicious popsicles while watching the colorful fireworks light up the night sky. 🍧☀️🎇

There was so much laughter, excitement, and community spirit as we celebrated together. Moments like these are what make The Groves feel like home!

Our Assisted Living residents had a wonderful time creating festive patriotic centerpieces alongside our Dining Room Supervisor, Dioris!

Everyone enjoyed getting creative while designing beautiful decorations to brighten our dining room for the holiday. It’s always so special to see our residents’ creativity shine and to work together to make our community feel warm, welcoming, and full of holiday spirit.

🇺🇸 In honor of Independence Day, our Memory Care residents gathered for a popcorn reading of the Declaration of Independence, followed by a meaningful group discussion about what its words mean to each of us.

It was wonderful to reminisce about lessons learned over the years, share memories, and reflect on the freedoms we cherish today. Sometimes, revisiting important pieces of our nation’s history is the perfect reminder of where we’ve come from and the values that continue to bring us together. ❤️🤍💙

We had a berry sweet time in Memory Care making our festive red, white, and blue yogurt parfaits! Our residents enjoyed layering creamy vanilla yogurt with fresh strawberries, juicy blueberries, and a fluffy topping of whipped cream to create a delicious patriotic treat.

It was the perfect way to share smiles, spark conversation, and enjoy a refreshing snack together. We love creating simple moments that bring joy and make lasting memories!
