✅ If they’re due for their yearly wellness visit (covered by insurance), we can take care of both the wellness exam and sports physical in one convenient appointment.

💲 If they are not due for their yearly visit, sports physicals are available for just $50.00.

🧪 Need a urine drug screen? We offer that in-office during the visit for an additional $20.00.
