🙌 Hands up if you’re crushing shoulder recovery! 🙌

This week’s spotlight goes to Beth, who has worked incredibly hard throughout her recovery following shoulder surgery.

Thanks to her dedication, consistency, and positive attitude, Beth is back to doing what she loves—exploring Europe (Pictured: Ireland and Scotland). Recovery isn’t always easy, but Beth showed up ready to put in the work every step of the way, and her results speak for themselves.

We’re so proud of the progress she’s made and grateful to have been part of her journey.

✨The future is looking bright!✨

For the past two weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting Gorham High School seniors Sophie, Aubrey, and Jayden for their senior internships 🎓

They jumped right into clinic life, asked thoughtful questions, and brought such positive energy to the clinic each day. Their strong interest in physical therapy made them a fun group to have around, and we’re so grateful for all of their help!

We can’t wait to see what the future holds for all three of them as they begin their journeys into healthcare.

This week we’re celebrating Cael, a Gorham High School junior who chose to complete his ELO internship with Elevate! 🎉

Through the Extended Learning Opportunities program, Cael spent time learning more about the world of physical therapy while helping out around the clinic alongside our team. He was incredibly helpful with both staff and patients, and his positive attitude never went unnoticed.

We’re thankful for all of his hard work and know he has a bright future ahead! 👏

Big thanks to Tim and Jake for being such awesome mentors during the experience!

🐾It’s time for another Pet of the Week! 🐾

Meet Ozzy, Stacey’s 4-year-old cattle dog mix 🐶

Ozzy is an active guy with lots of energy! He loves long walks, hiking adventures, squirrel surveillance, and all the belly rubs he can get. His greatest enemy? The mailman.

Fun fact: cattle dogs are known for their intelligence, endurance, and high energy levels — they were bred to work long days herding cattle! Much like our patients, they thrive when they stay active and keep moving 💪

At Elevate, we’re big fans of movement — whether it’s getting back to hiking trails, daily walks, or just keeping up with life’s zoomies like Ozzy 🐾
