We recently captured a new drone view of The Orchard, our newest independent living neighborhood, and it's incredible to see how much progress has been made! 🏡✨

Construction on the clubhouse is underway and more homesites have been sold! It's exciting to watch The Orchard continue to grow as more future residents choose to call it home.

We can't wait to welcome all of our new neighbors and see this wonderful community filled with friendships, laughter, and new memories. The future is looking bright at The Orchard, and we're so excited for what's ahead! 💚

One of the most meaningful parts of our community is the Greencroft Dreams Program, which helps make special wishes a reality for our residents.

Recently, our assisted living resident Jean Moyer had her dream granted, and it was a day filled with joy, friendship, and cherished memories. Jean and her best friend, Lydia—both retired nurses—spent the day reminiscing, visiting some of their favorite places, and enjoying a delicious meal together. To make the day even more special, Jean's daughter and family joined them for dinner to celebrate.

The best part? Jean couldn't stop smiling. 😊

Moments like these remind us that it's never too late to create new memories while celebrating the ones that have shaped our lives.

A heartfelt thank you to the Greencroft Foundation for making dreams like Jean's possible. Your generosity continues to bring happiness, hope, and unforgettable experiences to the residents who call Greencroft Goshen home. 💚

😂💚 Laughter really is some of the best medicine!

Last week, our residents at Chicago Trail Village enjoyed a fun and informative seminar presented by our wonderful partners at HTS Therapy.

Emily shared the many benefits of laughter, including the importance of Laughter Therapy and how joy and laughter can have a positive impact on both the body and the muscles. There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and meaningful conversations as residents learned just how powerful a little laughter can be. 😊

A big thank you to HTS Therapy and Emily for bringing such an engaging presentation to our community. We appreciate all you do to help keep our residents healthy, active, and smiling!

As we move toward the end of planting season, residents are busy making sure everything is in the ground and ready to grow. If there’s still planting to be done, now is the time—so we can look forward to a beautiful and productive harvest in the early fall! 🍂😊

At Greencroft Middlebury, our residents have been working hard to keep their gardens in tip-top shape, tending to vegetables, flowers, and everything in between. It’s a wonderful way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and take pride in watching things grow.

There’s something special about putting in the work now and knowing it will lead to fresh, rewarding results in the seasons ahead. 💚

A new chapter of generosity is beginning at The Windsor of Savoy 💚

The Greencroft Communities Foundation recently announced the launch of The Windsor of Savoy Foundation, along with a $50,000 matching grant to support residents and team members in times of need.

This new foundation strengthens a long-standing culture of care — and invites the broader community to join in supporting meaningful, mission-driven giving.

🎉💚 Last week, we celebrated an incredible milestone at Southfield Village!

Our community came together to honor Rochelle as she celebrated her well-deserved retirement after 20 amazing years of dedicated service. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, memories, and plenty of COW DECOR as friends, residents, coworkers, and members of the community stopped by to celebrate all that Rochelle has meant to Southfield Village.

For two decades, Rochelle shared her compassion, kindness, and commitment with everyone around her, leaving a lasting impact on so many lives.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate Rochelle and make her retirement party so special. Your presence and kind words meant so much!

Congratulations, Rochelle, and thank you for 20 wonderful years of service. We wish you nothing but happiness, good health, and many exciting adventures in retirement! 💚
