I am celebrating 5 years in business this month & I couldn't have done it without YOU!

THANK YOU to everyone that has come to get a massage, or gift certificate. I am so grateful to get to be your Massage Therapist! I love what I do, and love being a part of your wellness!

I am always looking for ways to improve your experience on my table, and be the best therapist I can be. I have added a few things and time options to my service list.

Red Light Therapy - You can add this to any session to increase benefits for your skin, muscles, and mood.

2.5 hour & 3 hour sessions - Longer sessions give me all the time I need to do full body therapeutic work. This means better results, and less frequent visits. Please only book these sessions if you need more a more gentle approach and have built up to it with 2 hour sessions.

Scraping - I use a thin stone to scrape fascia, which helps me work through the layers faster to be able to work on your muscles and make the most impact on your trouble areas. (It sounds rough but I promise it doesn't hurt- people have been loving it!)

There is a price increase that just went into effect so I will list prices below!

I attended a Continuing Education class this weekend and I'd like to practice the techniques I learned!

Focus will be on chest, shoulders, arms, and hands! The massage can be 45 min (just practicing what I learned) or up to 2 hours to allow extra time for other areas!

☀️ Summer is in full swing and so am I!!

I am now working full time hours again! Which means there's plenty of time on my schedule to get you in, AND 🎉2 HOUR🎉 sessions are back!!

Thanks for your patience with me during pregnancy and the first (almost) 6 months of life with Delainey. I am so fortunate to have the such wonderful clients!! 💜

We planted over 100 sunflowers 🌻 this summer and are using the baby to measure their growth! 🙃 They grow so fast! (Babies and sunflowers! Lol)

I never did make a post when I had my sweet baby girl so I wanted to share a few pictures with you all!
Delainey was born January 6th! She's now almost 3 months old! It has gone so fast!
I've been easing back into work life and trying to find the right balance for my family!
I have decided to stay at this pace for a little longer because it's working beautifully for us!

Jack (my youngest son) just helped me do the drawing! He drew Lisa Bubak!!
We decided to do a little extra cause we're feeling generous and there were so many great people that entered!! So, these two people are being offered a half priced massage!! Shayne Banzhaf & Brenda Larson!

I am now on Maternity Leave until February!!

I still plan on answering messages and calls! If you need a gift certificate before Christmas, reach out!!

When it gets closer I will open up my schedule online, and post openings here on Facebook! I am already scheduling in February now so if you'd rather not wait, let's get something set up!

I will definitely miss working and miss all of my people, but am so excited to have some time off to prep for baby's arrival!
