We are growing! Rachel Raven, FNP-C, PLLC is hiring for our first full-time Medical Office Staff position. If you are looking for a hands-on role in a medical office where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a unique position that blends clinical and administrative responsibilities in a supportive medical office setting. You will be involved in every part of the patient experience -- from greeting patients and managing phones to rooming patients and performing phlebotomy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Front desk reception and patient check-in
- Answer phones and manage patient communications
- Room patients and assist with clinic workflow
- Perform phlebotomy (blood draws)
- Computer-based administrative tasks
- Help keep the office running smoothly

SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
We believe in flexibility. Choose the schedule that works best for your life:

Option A: Monday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (or 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM), plus Monday evenings 4:00 - 7:00 PM

Option B: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (or 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM) only -- no evenings or weekends

Optional Add-On: Remote phone coverage from 2:00 - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (work from home)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Medical background required (MA, CNA, PCA, LPN, or similar)
- Phlebotomy experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with phones and basic computer work
- Reliable and dependable -- this is key
