30 second lunch idea for busy moms 👏🏼

This kind of meal is pretty much my new normal now that I have 2 kids under 3:
✔️ balanced
✔️ filling
✔️ high protein
✔️ high fiber
✔️ requires basically zero effort 😅

All I did:

1. Grab the Aldi chickpea salad (or the black bean one)
2. Throw it in a bowl
3. Add ~3 oz rotisserie chicken

DONE ✔️

PFF is your BFF 👯‍♀️

470 calories
28g protein
8g fiber

🫛 Add veggies in the bowl or on the side for extra fullness factor

Reminder: healthy eating does NOT need to be fancy, homemade, or time consuming to “count.”

Convenience foods can absolutely fit into a healthy lifestyle 🙌🏼

Most people think transformation starts with chasing a number. But for a lot of women, it starts with something much simpler:

👉moving without pain
👉having energy for everyday things
👉not feeling limited in your own body

What most of my meals have in common 👀

HALF my plate is veggies 🥦🫛 (90% of the time 😉)

Such a simple habit, but it makes a huge difference for:
✔️ Fullness
✔️ Health
✔️ Weight management
✔️ Energy

Green beans are always a staple over here because my husband, toddler, and now baby all eat them too 🙌

Other favorites:
• Snap peas
• Broccoli
• Asparagus

Most of these meals are VERY simple… but balanced:
Protein + Carb + Color ✅

And no, everything does NOT need to be homemade from scratch to “count.”

You’ll see premade lasagna, frozen veggies, quick proteins, and yes…regular carbs like buns, tater tots and noodles in our house.

Oh, and when it comes to veggies… a little olive oil + salt goes a LONG way 👌🏼
It only takes a few extra minutes after steaming, but it’s so worth it.

Pre-kids, I used to spend HOURS meal prepping on Sundays 👩🏼‍🍳😅
That’s just not realistic for me anymore… and honestly, it doesn’t have to be.

Feeding yourself and your family can be simple.

Prioritize veggies. Balance it out. Keep it realistic 👏

Your kids don’t care if you don’t have a “perfect” stomach.

I remember obsessing over mine in my early 20s.
Daily body checks.

I am SO glad I’m not stuck in that mindset anymore.

I still care about being strong and looking fit,
but it doesn’t consume me like it used to.

After coaching hundreds of girls and women from 14 to 76,
I’ve learned there is a middle ground.

You can be lean…
without it taking over your life.

A lot of women lose weight, feel more confident
and then immediately think they need to lose more.

But the truth is…
you don’t always need to keep chasing a different body.

The last 10 lbs aren’t always worth it
and honestly, they’re often unsustainable.

I’d much rather be 130 lbs now
than my 120 lb “beach body” which required
tracking every gram and walking 15,000 steps a day.

There’s a big difference between feeling good in your body…
and being controlled by it 🫶🏼
