We are in the last week of PATCH Coalition of Taylor County’s Support Community Health Drive, which ends July 31.

Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared our posts, and supported our work. Every contribution helps PATCH continue practical projects right here in Taylor County, including:

💙 We’re Halfway Through Our July Community Health Drive! 💙

As we enter the third week of the PATCH Coalition of Taylor County’s Support Community Health Drive, we are grateful for every donation, share, and word of encouragement we have received so far.

Your support helps PATCH continue practical projects right here in Taylor County, including:

🩵 Providing period products to local schools and businesses
🩵 Developing a Grafton Monster-themed guided exercise trail along the Three Bridges Loop

We’re one week into our Support Community Health Drive, and we want to thank everyone who has already donated, shared our posts, and encouraged our mission. Your support means so much!

💙 Support Community Health in Taylor County This July! 💙

The PATCH Coalition of Taylor County is excited to launch our Support Community Health Drive, running July 1 through July 31, 2026.

Throughout the month of July, we invite you to partner with us as we work to improve the health and well-being of our community through education, prevention, and projects that make a difference right here at home.

Did you know PATCH supports initiatives such as:

✔️ Community walking challenges and wellness programs
✔️ Health education and prevention initiatives
✔️ Providing period products to local schools and businesses
✔️ Community health events and outreach
✔️ Partnerships that connect families to health resources
