We understand that unexpected life events, illnesses, and scheduling conflicts happen. However, because last-minute cancellations cannot be filled, we greatly appreciate as much advance notice as possible. This allows us to reschedule your appointment and offer the time slot to another patient in need of care. 🫶

✨ Fun Fact: Our sick policy requests that you notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance if a patient cannot attend due to illness. We also ask that patients be fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning for their next appointment to help keep everyone healthy. ✨

☎️ If you need to cancel outside of clinic hours, you can leave a voicemail for our front office at 940-549-0788 or text the clinic cell phone at 940-282-0415. We will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience.

Shine On Passes are now available at the front office counter!!!

Make sure to pick up a pass, and have the front office fill it out for the week. Once the weekly visit goal has been met, turn it in to be added to the weekly drawing to win a Lighthouse Therapy T-shirt!!!

Introducing Lighthouse Therapy's Shine On Pass!!!

✨Shine On Pass is about helping and encouraging your child reach their goals by attending all scheduled therapy sessions!

✨ Passes will be located at the front office check-in counter. Patients will have the front office write the current week and weekly visit goal (the number of scheduled visits for that week) on the pass.

✨Patients will be responsible for keeping up with theirs during the week, and each day they attend, they will have the front office stamp their pass to reflect the visits attended. On the last visit day of each week, any patient who has met their goal, can turn in their completed pass to be entered into the weekly drawing!

✨ Shine On Passes will be availiable for the next 5 WEEKS!

🏆 At the end of each week, we will draw a Shine On Pass winner to win a Lighthouse Therapy T-Shirt!!
