As National Forensic Science Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize the professionals whose work helps provide answers, establish facts, and bring clarity during some of life’s most difficult circumstances. From laboratory scientists and medical examiners to crime scene investigators and other forensic specialists, their careful work serves individuals, families, and communities every day.

We at Piedmont Cremation and Funeral Service appreciate the skill, precision, and dedication of those working across the forensic sciences.

National Assisted Living Week, originally established in 1995, celebrates the residents, caregivers, staff, families, and volunteers who make assisted living communities meaningful places to call home.

"Shining Through the Years" is the 2026 theme, which honors the stories and experiences that continue to shine through every stage of life.

To our friends and partners in assisted living, we want to thank you for the care you provide and communities you create. We're grateful and honored to serve alongside you!
