🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Janelle, Admissions Assistant 🌟
Please join us in celebrating Janelle! Janelle started her journey with Peak Resources as a Front Desk Receptionist and quickly transitioned into her current role as an Admissions Assistant. In this role, she works closely with case workers from hospitals and other healthcare facilities to coordinate admissions and welcome new residents to our Peak family. She also plays an important role in marketing and building relationships throughout our healthcare community.
With 7 years of experience in healthcare administration, Janelle brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to everything she does, including experience with insurance processing and billing.
But Janelle’s commitment to healthcare doesn’t stop there! 📚 She is currently in nursing school, continuing to expand her knowledge and skills so she can make an even greater impact on the lives of others.
Outside of work and school, Janelle is a dedicated mom of three who continues to balance family, education, and her passion for helping others. Her heart for healthcare and her desire to make a difference are evident in everything she does. 💙 Thank you, Janelle, for all you do for our residents, families, healthcare partners, and the Peak Resources – Alamance team! Peak Resources Alamance was proud to attend the ACMA event held at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, NC!

Our Admission Directors from Wilmington, Grover, and Charlotte, along with our Admission Assistant from Alamance, enjoyed a wonderful day of networking, discussing case management, sharing insights, and building meaningful connections with one another.

Events like these provide valuable opportunities to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and continue growing together as a team dedicated to providing quality care.

🎉 Celebrating CNA Week at Peak Resources Alamance! 🎉

This week, we're proud to recognize and celebrate our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who provide compassionate care, dedication, and support to our residents every day.

To show our appreciation during CNA Week, we've treated our amazing team to a variety of special meals and treats throughout the week, including an 🍦 Ice Cream Bar, 🥪 Deli Subs, 🍕 Pizza, 🥓 Breakfast Biscuits, 🍗 Fried Chicken, and 🌮 Tacos!

⭐️ Employee Spotlight: Jay, Maintenance Director ⭐️

At Peak Resources, we are proud to recognize Jay, our dedicated Maintenance Director. Jay's commitment helps make our community a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place for residents, families, and staff.

Jay takes great pride in ensuring our facility is well-maintained and responds quickly to maintenance needs, always working to solve problems efficiently and lead by example through hard work and dedication. One of the aspects of his role he values most is building positive relationships with residents and coworkers, and he strives every day to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around him.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family. As the proud father of five daughters and the oldest of five brothers, he has developed a strong sense of patience, responsibility, and compassion—qualities that shine through in both his personal life and his work.

🎉 Nursing Home Week – Day 5 at Peak of Alamance! 🎉

Yesterday marked Day 5 of Nursing Home Week at Peak of Alamance, and we wrapped it up with an amazing day of food, teamwork, and fun!

We started the morning with a wonderful breakfast sponsored by Centerwell. Staff enjoyed croissants, muffins, bagels, orange juice, and lemonade to kick off the day.

For lunch, our team came together for a huge cookout filled with delicious favorites including hotdogs, burgers, pasta salad, potato salad, baked beans, baked macaroni and cheese, and even fried fish!

After all the great food, we kept the fun going with a baseball game alongside our residents — a perfect way to celebrate the spirit of Nursing Home Week.

This week was filled with laughter, appreciation, and the incredible dedication of our staff. Thank you to everyone who sponsored, participated, and helped make this week so special!
