We are pleased to announce that Ashley Espinoza, FNP-C will join Faith Community Rural Health Clinic Graham beginning October 12, 2026.

Ashley will be accepting new and established patients. Patients wishing to continue their care with Ashley may contact the clinic at 940-282-2512. Patients currently receiving care elsewhere may request that their medical records be transferred to Faith Community RHC Graham by completing the appropriate medical record authorization. Our staff can assist patients with the authorization process necessary to request transfer of their medical records for continuity of care.

Our Clinic will be CLOSED on Labor Day in observance of the holiday. If an emergency occurs, call 911. The FCHS Emergency Room is available 24/7.

Before the Labor Day fun begins, make safety part of the plan:

💧 Stay hydrated and take breaks from the heat
🔥 Keep grills supervised and away from structures
🛟 Use life jackets and closely watch children near water
🥩 Keep cold foods cold and cook meats thoroughly

Today we're shining the spotlight on one of our dedicated Clinic Phlebotomist, Kim Wilson, who has been with FCHS for almost 6 years now.

With a steady hand, compassionate heart, and friendly smile, Kim helps to make every patient's experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. From putting nervous patients at ease to ensuring every specimen is collected safely and accurately, her attention to detail and commitment to excellent patient care makes a difference every day.
