We will always stand with our first responders! In addition to hydrating and feeding them. We have found that body wipes, artificial tears, chap stick, Tylenol, and other like items to help our first combat the physical effects of the work they are doing during these wildfire events are needed!

Thank you for all you do for not only our community but surrounding communities as well ❤️

A huge thank you to Sarah Britten with Concho Hearts Hospice and the Granbury American Legion for their much needed wildfire donations. These donations will go towards feeding and hydrating firefighters onscene.

Just an appreciation post for all the family, friends, caregivers, and community partners who continue to refer to Concho Hearts Hospice 🥰

We have grown (another census high this week) but have still been able maintain a high standard of care ❤️
