• Too much screen time
• Less face-to-face interaction

These changes in routine can cause mood changes, withdrawal, and irregular sleep. Limiting screen time can help. When participating in these screen-free moments, set boundaries for yourself, too. Try not to check your phone or multitask--be present in the moment. 🍃
