Sierra recently graduated from American Institute’s Massage Therapy program in March 2026! She is a newly licensed massage therapist, eager to start her journey in the world of massage and healing! She also has been practicing Reiki since 2023 and has recently received her Reiki II certification.

Through intuitive massage therapy and Reiki energy healing, her goal is to create a sacred, supportive space where your body is invited to soften and your spirit is invited to exhale. Each session is guided not only by technique, but by presence, intention, and deep listening- to your words, and to what your body communicates beyond them.

Whether you come seeking relief from physical tension, emotional overwhelm, or simply a moment of stillness, her intention is that you leave feeling relaxed, supported, and reconnected to your inner strength.

We have EXCITING news 🎉 We are thrilled to welcome Julie Ingalls to our practice 🎉 She brings Thai Body Work to our menu of modalities 🧘‍♀️



Receiving Thai Body Work is like getting a body massage, where you just relax and receive. After receiving many Thai Yoga sessions for years and feeling so wonderful afterward, I decided I wanted to help others so I got trained and certified as a Thai Body Work Practitioner in 2016.

I try to get my clients to relax and let me do the work because when they release, they receive more benefit such as improved range of motion, deep stretch of tissue including fascia and release of muscle tension. I have an intuitive approach when I give Thai Body Work which means I feel through my hands to know which pose to put my client in next. I am also a Reiki practitioner.
