Eternal Rest Funeral Home would like to announce the services for Ms. Sharon Alexander. A viewing will be held Thursday June 25th from 11am-12pm followed by the funeral at noon. It will be held at the Charles Haynes Masonic Lodge located at 13410 N Wintzells Ave Bayou La Batre. Burial will follow at Oddfellows Cemetery. We would like to thank the family of Ms. Alexander for entrusting us with your loved one. At Eternal Rest, we believe in family and that's what you are.

Sharon Sprinkle Alexander, age 78 passed away on June 20, 2026 at home in Irvington, AL. She was born on July 13, 1947 to Albert and Gracie Sprinkle. She will be remembered for the way she loved her family, her honesty, being a great cook, and the relationship she has with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Andrew Johnson JF; Sisters, betty, Bobbie and Marie; brothers, Sammy, Harold, Orville, and Burt.
She is survived by one daughter, Jeanie (Andy) Johnson; one son, Everett (Margaret) Alexander one grand-daughter, Cynthia (Derrick) Casarez; three grand-sons, Everett (Lynn) Alexander, Cameron (Taylor) Alexander, Landon (Jaeden) Alexander; Two great-grandaughters, Anslee and, Madison Casarez; Three great-grandsons, Archer Alexander, Gavin Casarez, Elliott Alexander One sister, Patricia Viertel, one brother, Josie (Joyce) Sprinkle and numerous other relatives and friends.

A second viewing will be held Saturday June 20th from 10-11am at Antioch Church of God in Christ located at 9795 McLeod Rd Mobile, AL 36695, followed by the funeral at 11am.
