The way your teeth meet changes how your jaw sits, how your head balances, and how your spine organizes itself underneath.

If the bite is off, the body often compensates through the neck, shoulders, pelvis, and feet to keep you upright.

That is why dental work, jaw tension, veneers, or orthodontics can sometimes change the way you stand, walk, or hold tension.

But the fix is not only in the mouth.

You also have to stabilize the first point of contact with the ground: the feet.

The Fix My Posture Bundle connects both ends of the system, using Therapeutic Insoles to retrain sensory input from the feet and the Functional Activator to retrain tongue, jaw, head, and neck coordination.

When the top and bottom of the chain are addressed together, the body has a better chance to release compensation instead of constantly recreating it.

I respectfully disagree - from both personally and professionally I’ve experienced evidence to support that connective tissues, muscle and nerves absolutely have memories stored in them.

ERADICATION OF MEMORY
"As you are discarding old thoughts and emotions through the Bindu, you may feel like you are losing your mind often because your Ego realizes its hold over the consciousness is weakening. However, this memory eradication process is normal and can often continue for a very long time. After all, it took the Ego many years to develop, and with each memory, it became stronger. Now the process is reversing, as you are reverting to your original, innocent state before the Ego started to develop. Now, you can't abolish the Ego altogether while living in the physical body since it does serve the purpose of protecting your body from immediate harm. Jesus Christ, one of the most extraordinary Holy men to live on this Planet, lived with an Ego his entire life, guiding and commanding it. His second last sentence on the cross was, "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" (Matthew 27:46) This utterance came from his Ego, which came through in consciousness in the last moments of Jesus' life to petition God for help knowing that the physical body is about to perish. This statement was followed by, "It is finished." This is the last thing his Higher Self said before he died. Here is a perfect example of the dichotomy of Ego and Higher Self and how each can take over the consciousness at any point in time, depending on circumstances and irrespective of how Spiritually evolved we are..." If you constantly wake up with a violently burning, agonizing stiffness locking up the exact spot where your neck meets your shoulder blade, simply rolling your head in circles will never fix the actual mechanical tension!

Physical therapists point out a massive structural reality: this specific pain is almost always caused by a deeply hidden muscle called the "Levator Scapulae." Its entire biological job is to shrug your shoulders upward! When you sit heavily stressed at a desk, this muscle permanently locks down, violently anchoring your shoulder blade aggressively toward your ears!

You can manually pry this biological anchor open using a desk chair! Sit down and aggressively grab the bottom of the chair seat with your right hand. Turn your head completely to the left, and drop your chin straight down to "sniff your armpit." The unyielding chair provides brilliant mechanical leverage! It physically anchors your shoulder blade down, while the specific head angle perfectly, flawlessly isolates and violently stretches the exact sticky muscle causing your pain!

Note: This information is for educational purposes and is a look into structural biomechanics.

Is your massage therapist licensed??

This matters!
Their education and skill and training matters!
Your health and safety matters!!
Certified” is -NOT the same as LICENSED.
Licensed massage therapists are educated by state licensed, approved, school programs, trained, regulated, and held to professional standards for your protection. LMT must complete a lengthy program and learn anatomy and physiology and pathology, as well be skilled and practice a variety of massage techniques and know how to address and relieve pain and restrictions in the body.
They are bound by legal and professional code of ethics.
And must complete continuing education courses to renew their license.
This whole process cost money.
And they must carry professional liability insurance.

Consider this: You wouldn’t take your car to a person that claims to be a mechanic that does not have the education and knowledge to actually fix your car property- would you? Would you go to a person claiming to know medicine - that didn’t go to school to be a doctor?
Beware!!
Key wording to watch for - body work, acupressure, stretch specialist- these are descriptions often used to get around the legal licensing regulations.
